What You'll Do as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from our valued customers, providing exceptional service, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information, including account details and transaction history
• Authorizing sales and processing transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Building relationships with customers, colleagues, and clients to ensure a positive and supportive work environment
• Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and clients
• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, type while talking, and utilize Microsoft Outlook
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Remote Work and Commute Requirements

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from home in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet. However, you must live within a commutable distance of Phoenix, AZ, and be available to meet in person as needed. We'll provide you with the computer, technology, and equipment needed to successfully perform your job.

What You'll Need to Be Considered for This Role

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• 6+ months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience
• Must live within 2.5 hours of the affiliated arenaflex location in Phoenix, AZ
• Fully fluent in English and Spanish
• Confidence using a computer
• Be 18 years old or older
• Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
