Your Role

As a Korean-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Remote in California, you'll be a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (written and spoken)
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology
  • High-speed internet connection (>25mbps)
