Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Assistant for Social Media, Customer Service, and Admin Tasks, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics
  • Providing exceptional customer service through email, phone, and live chat, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing general administrative tasks, such as data entry, email management, and document preparation
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns and content strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management and customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, and providing regular updates to the team on social media performance and customer service metrics

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and email marketing tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
