Responsibilities

As a Customer Security Engineer – Entra ID, Governance & Security at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing and enforcing security policies across Microsoft 365 services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Overseeing the management and administration of Azure Active Directory, ensuring secure access and identity protection.
• Implementing and maintaining comprehensive security measures across Microsoft 365 environments to protect organizational data and resources.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Developing and delivering training programs to educate customers on security best practices and Microsoft security technologies.
• Providing exceptional customer support and guidance on security-related matters.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT, with a proven track record of working in a similar role with a focus on Microsoft security technologies.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including threat analysis, risk management, and incident response.
• Experience with Microsoft security tools, including Microsoft 365 Defender and Azure AD.
