Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to blithequark's clients over the phone, chat, and through ticketing systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.
  • Making outbound phone calls as needed to support client needs, proactively addressing potential issues and preventing escalations.
  • Maintaining a quiet and secure work environment during working hours, adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring all technology and equipment meet the specified requirements for optimal performance, including:

+ Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted). + Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication. + High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed. + Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS). + Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed. + Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred. + 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or support environment. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in a similar on-demand certification program or similar role. + Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM software, and other customer service tools. + Proficiency in multiple languages (dependent on client base). + Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation techniques.
