Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns
  • Conducting thorough research to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs

Requirements

  • A smartphone or other device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in
