Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for managing assigned accounts, interacting with customers, and driving service excellence throughout the organization. You'll work closely with our leadership team to inform them of challenges and changes, and collaborate with your colleagues to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Become an expert on blithequark's services, pricing, and proposals: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and be able to answer customer inquiries with confidence.

  • Work collaboratively as a positive team member: Be flexible and willing to assist your colleagues when needed, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Cross-train on various accounts: Develop a broad understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and be able to provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain efficient notes on all customer calls: Record and track customer interactions, and use this information to inform future conversations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customers in a timely fashion: Prioritize customer inquiries and respond promptly to ensure their needs are met.
  • Investigate successful treatment plans for repeated customer problems: Collaborate with field managers to identify solutions and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Regularly research and follow-up on customer services: Stay on top of customer issues and concerns, and take proactive steps to resolve them.
  • Inquire why customers are canceling and attempt to save the relationship: Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to retain customers.

Experience

We're looking for a motivated and experienced customer service professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a high-level customer service, administrative, or office assistant role. Your background should demonstrate a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a strong ability to lead by example.

  • Must have at least 10 years of proven customer service experience: Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Must have the ability to navigate computer systems: Proficiently use computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be a quick learner in the event of a systems or process change/update: Adapt to changes and updates in our systems and processes.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish & English) is a plus: Ability to communicate with customers in Spanish and English.
