Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Sales & Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outbound outreach to businesses, securing appointments for free service estimates
  • Professionally engaging with potential customers, effectively communicating the value of our services
  • Maintaining accurate records of scheduled appointments and customer interactions
  • Optionally, engaging in direct-to-consumer sales, earning a commission of 20% on completed jobs
  • Consistently meeting productivity expectations, booking an average of two appointments per hour

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and build rapport
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
