Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receptionist: Greet clients and visitors, manage incoming calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Account Setup: Assist with setting up new accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Qualifications

  • Skills:

Essential Job Functions

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will need to:

  • Sit for Extensive Periods: Be able to sit for extended periods, with regular breaks to stretch and move around.
  • Use Equipment: Operate a multi-line phone system, fax machines, copy machines, and computers with ease.
  • Work in a Noisy Environment: Thrive in a noisy environment with other employees who are also on the phone.
  • Multitask: Ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Maintain Regular Attendance: Regular, predictable attendance is essential for this role.
