Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through our promotional campaigns. You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product information and making sales recommendations to customers
  • Collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working closely with our event coordination and public relations teams to promote our brand and products

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience; experience in sales, marketing, or a related field a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or marketing environment

  • Experience with sales and marketing software and tools
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
