Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting every customer with a smile and a warm welcome
  • Preparing and serving our world-famous food with precision and care
  • Maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere that exceeds our high standards
  • Collaborating with fellow team members to achieve our goals and exceed customer expectations
  • Providing prompt and courteous service that meets the needs of every guest
  • Following food and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and team members

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and carry up to 30 feet
  • Ability to stand and walk for a majority of your work shift
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for team members who have:

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Experience working in a team environment with a focus on collaboration and communication
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
