Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting every customer with a smile and a warm welcome
- Preparing and serving our world-famous food with precision and care
- Maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere that exceeds our high standards
- Collaborating with fellow team members to achieve our goals and exceed customer expectations
- Providing prompt and courteous service that meets the needs of every guest
- Following food and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and team members
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and carry up to 30 feet
- Ability to stand and walk for a majority of your work shift
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
