Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Managing inbound customer communications, including answering incoming emails, addressing customer questions, requests, and issues
• Consulting on customer success, advising customers on how to successfully leverage our product/service based on their unique needs
• Maintaining working product knowledge, acting as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success
