Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries received through the chat platform
- Providing timely and accurate information about organizational programs, events, and initiatives
- Assisting users with navigating our website and accessing resources
- Resolving customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor
- Documenting interactions thoroughly in our support system for reference and follow-up
- Collaborating with team members to improve the chat support experience
- Staying up to date with organizational offerings and changes to provide accurate information
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communications, Customer Service, or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in customer support or chat support roles preferred
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
