The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Temp) at blithequark, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality client service, solving problems, and providing information to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. You'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers via phone in a call center environment, and working collaboratively with our teams to resolve issues and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer service consistent with blithequark standards and practices

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a call center environment
• Research and resolve customer issues related to employee benefits
• Process documents and maintain accurate records
• Meet or exceed departmental performance metrics and quality assurance scores
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Customer service experience (in-person or remote)
• Strong typing and basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to Have:

* Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word

• Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll
• Call center experience
