A Day in the Life of a Member Solutions Advocate

As a Member Solutions Advocate, you'll work out of our Rockland headquarters, assisting our members via telephone with a variety of needs. From helping members make loan payments and inquire about balances to opening new accounts and assisting with our website, online banking, and bill pay features, every day will be different. You'll need to be flexible and able to pivot smoothly from one transaction to another, all while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. At blithequark, we pride ourselves on setting our employees up for success with on-the-job training and an introductory period for plenty of feedback and coaching. Skills & Requirements

To be successful as a Member Solutions Advocate, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with members and staff at all levels within the organization
  • Knowledge of Credit Union products and services (a plus, but not required)
  • Microsoft Word and Excel experience (a plus, but not required)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to navigate our mobile app and website
  • A strong customer service focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Work Schedule and Benefits

As a Member Solutions Advocate, you'll work a 40-hour full-time schedule that includes extended hours on Thursday and Friday, and a short schedule every other Saturday. This means every other week, you'll have a weekday off, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You'll also have the potential to work remotely as a hybrid employee, with the opportunity to transition to a fully remote schedule once you've completed your introductory period and training.
