What You'll Do

As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark's customer service, providing top-notch support to our customers through live chats on our LiveEngage platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering 2-3 incoming chats using LiveEngage, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Consulting customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Proactively communicating and engaging with your manager and team members to ensure success in a virtual work environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, resolving problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years minimum customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency, with the ability to navigate our LiveEngage platform with ease
  • A reliable internet connection with speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better
  • A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality
  • A positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality, with the ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
