As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive world-class support and service, helping them navigate the complexities of healthcare billing and revenue management.

About the Role:

As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you'll join our Contact Center team, working closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to address their needs accurately and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Following approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims
  • Continuously evaluating current policies and SOPs, providing recommendations for process improvements
  • Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Reading and understanding Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) or correspondence
  • Documenting all activity made to a claim
  • Communicating via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients
  • Utilizing tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain better billing information

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • REMOTE WORK: Dedicated work-from-home space
  • Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
  • Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
  • Technical Requirements:

+ Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second + No satellite internet + Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port)

Compensation and Benefits:

* Pay Range: $15.25 - $21.00

  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Commissions, and Company bonus where applicable.
