Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a manner that reflects the company's purpose and values. You will serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills, as well as the ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a timely and professional manner

  • Serve as a customer advocate, researching, responding, or interpreting company procedures or policies to resolve customer concerns
  • Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and proficient manner
  • Utilize strong PC skills to toggle between different applications and navigate Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office
  • Provide exceptional customer service, upholding our goals of delivery through the execution of responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service

  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing
  • Strong PC skills, including the ability to toggle between different applications
  • Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency
  • Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

  • Prior inbound Call Center experience
  • Previous experience working from home a plus
  • Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience

Education:

* Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Compensation and Benefits:

* Starting pay rate: $17.00 per hour

  • Pay range: $17.00 - $34.15

Work Schedule:

* Candidates must be available and flexible to work between the hours of 9am-8pm, Eastern Time

  • Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
  • This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with days off may not be consecutive
