Job Description
- Manage the complete 360 recruitment cycle, from job requisition through offer negotiation and onboarding, for diverse roles/ industries.
- Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs and deliver customized staffing solutions.
- Build and sustain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates through online platforms, social media, professional networks, and other channels.
- Stay informed on industry trends, and talent acquisition best practices to guide recruitment strategies and decisions.
You Might Excel in This Role If You Have
- A Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in 360 recruitment.
- Previous experience in FinTech/ Financial Services sectors is a must.
- Result-oriented and target driven, consistently meet both individual and team targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and strong business development acumen are essential.
- A flexible, resourceful mindset with a positive attitude.
