The Role

As a Customer Support Social Media Agent, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on blithequark's website or social media accounts. You'll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service, answering customer questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, engaging, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat messages on blithequark's website or social media accounts

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer sales links and discounts to customers as needed
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve complex issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications:

* Basic English writing skills

  • Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
