Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support via live chat. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a friendly and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our brand, and that they leave our website feeling satisfied and supported.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on our website and social media platforms

  • Provide product information, resolve issues, and answer questions in a timely and effective manner
  • Use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center environment

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of e-commerce principles
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and software, including Shopify and Salesforce
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
