The Role

As a Dutch Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, providing expert support and guidance to resolve their queries and concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your analytical and problem-solving abilities, will enable you to navigate complex issues and deliver tailored solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first-contact resolutions to customer queries, either via phone, email, or chat
  • Offering specialized customer support, including product information, troubleshooting, and technical assistance
  • Building meaningful relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Working closely with the Dutch Customer Support team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2) for effective communication with customers
  • Intermediate level of English (at least B2) for training and documentation purposes
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to navigate complex issues
  • Desire to learn and advance, with a curious and investigative approach to problem-solving
  • High-speed internet access and suitable conditions for remote work
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
  • Willingness to relocate to Portugal or be a local candidate
