The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. You'll be the face of our company, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and product knowledge will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and help us achieve our customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer service software, such as Freshdesk or Help Scout

  • Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
