Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other channels

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including development, sales, and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of blithequark's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Identify and report trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in customer support, providing recommendations for process enhancements and quality improvements
  • Participate in on-call rotations, providing after-hours support as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending training sessions, webinars, and conferences to enhance technical knowledge and skills

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in technical customer support, with a strong focus on software or technology-related products

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and external partners
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Proficiency in multiple technical tools and platforms, including CRM software, ticketing systems, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Certification in technical support, such as CompTIA or ITIL
