The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions will have a direct impact on our customers' satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, while also providing proactive support and guidance to help them get the most out of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product and service information, demos, and training to customers as needed
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or management as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a remote or virtual customer service environment

  • Knowledge of blithequark's products and services (training provided)
  • Experience with customer service software and tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and at least one other language)
