Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to our customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide product and service information, demos, and training to customers as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, as measured by customer feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of customer service processes, procedures, and policies

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Experience with customer service software, such as Freshdesk or Help Scout
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, communications, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with customer service metrics, such as NPS, CSAT, and FCR
