Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. You will be the face of Blithequark, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding service, resolving complex issues, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product and service information, demos, and training to customers as needed
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a SaaS or software industry

  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk
  • Experience with social media and online communities
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
