Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate information about blithequark's services, policies, and procedures
  • Assisting customers with booking, changes, cancellations, and other related tasks
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Staying updated on airline industry trends, policies, and procedures to provide the best possible service to our customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
