Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, navigating our website and online ordering system, and providing expert product knowledge to customers. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
  • Help customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering system
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
