As an Experienced Customer Insights Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Insights Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Independently selling Consumer Insights services, as well as Analytics and Innovation solutions, to new and existing clients, successfully assessing their needs and proactively offering tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Partnering with local Account Development teams to understand client needs and priorities, and collaborating on joint business planning to drive sales growth.
  • Scoping projects responsibly to meet sales targets, ensuring feasibility by working closely with Solution experts, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
  • Engaging with clients to secure customer satisfaction, addressing their concerns and questions, and delivering on-site and off-site client consultancy work.
  • Building awareness of blithequark's portfolio and services through presentations at conferences, clients, and internal events.
  • Executing business plans, identifying opportunities on the market, and making suggestions for improvement, while gathering client requirements from commercial teams.
  • Participating in the preparation of sales plans and budgets for respective markets, managing pipeline, and providing weekly input for forecasting sales.
  • Continuously developing professional skills and adopting technical knowledge related to blithequark's tools and services.
  • Utilizing NielsenIQ processes and tools to provide proactive and integrated analysis for customers, making recommendations and proposals.
  • Collaborating with other departments within blithequark to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Role Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in economics, behavioral sciences, statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and logical skills.
  • Exceptional ability for market and category analysis.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions.
  • Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes.
  • Fluency in Romanian and English, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Competent negotiation and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in Consumer Insights (sales or consulting).

  • Broad industry knowledge (FMCG, Banking, Telekom).
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
