Job Summary

As a Director, Consumer Data Collection and Activation, you'll be responsible for driving first-party (1PD) customer data collection and activation strategies across the digital landscape. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Advertising Classifications, IMX Media, Martech, and other internal or external brand development groups, to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for collecting, managing, and utilizing first-party customer data across the digital environment.

  • Design and enhance data collection structures, including website cookies, customer enrollments, surveys, and other online interactions, to capture valuable customer information.
  • Investigate potential opportunities for data enrichment through external sources to improve customer profiles and segmentation.
  • Define and execute customized customer journeys across digital ecosystems, ensuring consistency and relevance.
  • Organize end-to-end digital CRM campaigns and develop data-driven content strategies that resonate with diverse customer segments.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align first-party customer data collection and activation strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages information sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure data collection practices comply with data protection regulations and industry standards.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, computer science)

  • 8-12 years of experience in digital customer engagement or CRM leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights and customer-centric strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret business goals into actionable customer engagement strategies
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, computer science)

  • Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts
  • Certification in digital marketing or CRM
