Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist, your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer support through online chat platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams, ensuring seamless issue resolution
  • Proactively engaging with customers to offer assistance and product information, promoting our brand and services
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 30 seconds

  • Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 1 hour
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher
  • Escalation Rate: Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams within 15 minutes

Qualifications

To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication skills: You will be responsible for communicating with customers through live chat, email, and other digital channels. Your writing skills should be clear, concise, and engaging.
  • Strong customer service orientation: You will be the face of our brand, and your customer service skills should be exceptional. You should be able to empathize with customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
