Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Online Payments Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible payment solution performance. You'll be responsible for administratively onboarding new clients, handling orders, and providing first-line support on a daily basis. If you're a strong communicator, an excellent listener, and a problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide day-to-day support to clients across a range of different branches, ensuring seamless and secure payment experiences

  • Administer the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and efficient setup
  • Handle orders and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively share customer feedback to inform the development of our payment solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Document all client information thoroughly in our CRM system
  • Participate in monthly training sessions as part of our Young Professional Program (Traineeship)
