Job Summary
As a Data Scientist at blithequark, you will play a key role in developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with our Video Engineering team to mine data, implement version assessment pipelines, and analyze large-scale data to gain actionable insights. Your expertise in deep learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization will help us to create innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement algorithms and assessment strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
- Conduct deep-dive failure analysis and sample mining to identify areas for improvement
- Develop interpretation strategies for deep learning models to gain actionable insights
- Produce and present significant data insights to stakeholders using visualizations
- Use intensive statistical analysis and big data analysis to drive actionable insights for customers
- Evaluate potential features based on customer needs to make informed decisions for internal improvements
- Provide quantitative analysis of real-world trends and actual customer data to understand current version and algorithm performance
- Create mathematical models to predict outcomes and inform strategic business decisions
- Capture and analyze real customer feedback on shipped products to inform future product development and roadmap
Key Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong statistical modeling and data visualization skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Knowledge of data engineering principles and practices
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
