Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Eligibility Verification and Record Management, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Resolving issues and discrepancies in eligibility records, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with various teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Monitoring and tracking records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of blithequark's systems, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
  • Excellent verbal, written, and trouble-shooting communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a data entry or analysis role

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience with data management and record-keeping systems
