About the Role

As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and other digital channels. You'll be the face of blithequark, building strong relationships with our clients and helping them navigate our products and services. Your expertise will be essential in driving sales, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, emails, and other digital channels
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Upsell and cross-sell blithequark products and services to meet client needs
  • Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or sales environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex client issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a virtual or remote customer care environment
  • Knowledge of blithequark products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Certifications in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
