Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple incoming requests at once, and interacting with customers in real-time. Your primary goal will be to provide prompt and helpful responses to customer queries, ensuring that their experience with our company and clients is positive and memorable. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and calm demeanor, even under pressure
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

What You Will Need

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to have a reliable internet connection, a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop), and be able to work a minimum of 5 hours per week. We prefer candidates with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable internet connection and device able to access social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Location: Remote work online (United States preferred)
