Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with our community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos to provide timely and effective support

  • Collaborate with the support team to resolve user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to ensure a seamless experience for our users
  • Develop a deep understanding of our platform and its features to provide expert guidance and support to our users
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams to help evolve our platform and improve user experience
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide creative solutions to our users
  • Maintain accurate records of user interactions and provide regular feedback to the support team to improve processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of relevant customer-facing work experience, preferably in a tech or start-up environment

  • 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree in a related field (e.g., communications, business, or computer science)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience in chat support or a similar customer-facing role is strongly preferred
  • Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations, with a strong desire to help our customers succeed
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow with our team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with intercom or other chat platforms

  • Tech or start-up work experience, although not required
  • Familiarity with veterinary industry or related fields
