Manager, Organisational Development
What will you do?
- Design and deliver initiatives that intentionally build organisational capability, mindset, and behaviour — scaling the “how we win” as we grow.
- Lead the design and rollout of a programmatic learning cycle, embedding ongoing learning and reflection into the company’s operating rhythm.
- Partner with senior leaders to define, measure, and strengthen the employee experience across core milestone moments (onboarding, growth, performance, transitions).
- Leverage our values and culture as a strategic moat, ensuring they are embedded in decision-making, leadership development, and daily rituals.
- Evolve our listening strategy to continuously capture, interpret, and act on employee feedback, ensuring we stay connected to the vibe and voice of our people.
- Partner with People Analytics to connect insights from engagement, feedback, and performance data into actionable organisational learning.
- Serve as an internal coach, thought partner, and facilitator to leaders navigating change, growth, and team development.
What will you bring?
- Deep experience in organisational development, learning design, or culture transformation within dynamic, scaling organisations.
- Proven ability to design and deliver programs that shift mindsets and behaviours, not just skills.
- A systems-thinking lens – able to connect dots between people, processes, and performance.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Comfort working across ambiguity, experimentation, and iteration – balancing conceptual thinking with pragmatic delivery.
What will give you an edge?
- A track record of architecting learning systems that drive organisational adaptability and growth.
- Expertise in employee experience design, applying design thinking or service design principles to people programs.
- Experience leveraging values and culture as a core element of organisational strategy.
- A curious, data-informed mindset – you’re as comfortable interpreting qualitative signals as you are quantitative trends.
- The ability to bring energy, insight, and clarity to complex people challenges.
