Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through chat interactions, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their online experience
  • Assisting customers in scheduling appointments based on their needs, providing a seamless and hassle-free experience
  • Cultivating and updating an extensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends
  • Collecting and documenting customer contact details for lead generation and client follow-up, helping to drive revenue and business growth
  • Summarizing customer interactions, highlighting their needs for client review and analysis

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • A pleasant, patient, and friendly demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and analytical capabilities, with the ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Basic proficiency with internet navigation and computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Fast typing skills, with a minimum of 35 words per minute preferred, to ensure efficient and accurate data entry

Qualifications

While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. However, we do require:

  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • The ability to pass a background check
  • Previous experience in an office environment, customer interaction, call center, or customer service setting is preferred, but not essential
  • A strong understanding of the automotive industry and its products and services is beneficial, but not required
