Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient data. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering patient information: You'll be responsible for accurately inputting patient information, such as name, insurance details, and medical history, into our secure database.
- Updating medical records: You'll need to update existing medical records with new information, such as test results, medication lists, and relevant details.
- Data review and verification: As a data entry specialist, you'll undertake the data review process to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
- Presentation and reporting: You'll work closely with our team to create data-driven presentations and reports that inform department management and drive decision-making.
- Sales invoice processing: You may also be responsible for processing and updating sales invoices in our system, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Age limit: Due to the sensitive nature of the data we handle, we're only accepting applicants who are 18 years or older.
- Work schedule: These part-time positions require a minimum of 20 hours per week, so you'll need to have 2-3 hours available daily for the job.
- Skills and abilities: To succeed in this role, you'll need:
+ Vital typing speed (35 WPM) + Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in data entry software + Ability to multitask and work independently + Willingness to learn new data entry software and systems
