Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
  • Coding sales accurately and completely
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

  • Stay up-to-date with client call flow and make adjustments as needed to ensure seamless customer interactions
