Experienced Customer Care Advisor – Insurance Services for Military Community

Job Summary:

As an Experienced Customer Care Advisor at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with members through various channels to provide exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members regarding insurance products. Your primary goal will be to identify and understand member needs to provide accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, or other contacts from members regarding insurance products

  • Assist members with quotes, binding new business, policy inquiries, billing, payments, underwriting, and coverage provisions
  • Identify and understand member needs to provide accurate advice and solutions for insurance products and services
  • Operate efficiently in a contact center environment while maintaining engaging member interactions across multiple channels
  • Maintain required Property & Casualty license and state registrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and provide seamless service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to members

Qualifications and Experience:

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service by phone and email
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Ability to acquire Property & Casualty licenses and state registrations within 90 days of hire
  • 1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment
  • 6 months experience frequently communicating with customers by phone, email, or face-to-face
  • US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Salary:

The hiring range for this position is: $45,010 - $47,510.
