What You'll Do
As a Full Stack Customer Service-Payment Collection Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collection issues
- Providing knowledgeable answers and scripted customer feedback to resolve customer concerns and provide peace of mind
- Collaborating with managers to receive feedback and tips on how to improve your performance
- Maintaining accurate customer notes and records using a standard keyboard
Who You Are
We're looking for individuals with:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote work setting
- A background in retail, sales, or wait staff, which have been successful in this role
- Access to a quiet and comfortable workspace with a reliable internet connection
- A GED or High School Diploma
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to quickly and accurately type customer notes on a standard keyboard
