Experienced Data Entry Coordinator – Administrative Support & Data Management

Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Data Entry & Management: Enter customer and account data from source documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. This includes entering new SKUs and pricing in our system, verifying data accuracy by cross-referencing with source material, and uploading documents/backup records in the Salesforce system.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phones, filing, handling correspondence, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Account Management: Monitor aging of accounts receivable, prepare invoices, and facilitate the collection process. Reconcile Purchase Orders and conduct a hard count of product labels on a weekly basis.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data records, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, administration, or a related field
- Skills: Proficiency with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access), excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Data Entry Software: Experience with data entry software, such as Salesforce or similar systems
- Cloud-Based Systems: Familiarity with cloud-based systems and software
- Customer Service: Experience in customer-facing roles, providing excellent customer service and support
