Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Educating clients on available benefits and helping them select the best protection plans
  • Conducting client meetings via Zoom to review and enroll them in life, accident, and supplemental health coverage
  • Maintaining strong relationships with all members and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Working with a team to support clients and share updates on new offerings or changes
  • Meeting scheduling expectations and daily goals to ensure timely follow-up with clients
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and product changes to provide accurate information

Key Responsibilities

* Educate clients on available benefits and help them select the best protection plans + Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' unique circumstances and goals + Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to ensure clients make informed decisions + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of protection plans

  • Conduct client meetings via Zoom to review and enroll them in life, accident, and supplemental health coverage

+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up + Ensure clients understand their protection plans and are equipped to make the most of their benefits + Identify and address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain strong relationships with all members and ensure a smooth onboarding process

+ Develop and implement effective onboarding strategies to ensure clients feel supported and engaged + Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within the team + Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance client experience

  • Work with a team to support clients and share updates on new offerings or changes

+ Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and industry developments + Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance overall client experience + Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and engaged

  • Meet scheduling expectations and daily goals to ensure timely follow-up with clients

+ Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals + Stay organized and manage client records and schedules with ease + Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance client satisfaction and experience

  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and product changes to provide accurate information

+ Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and product updates + Apply knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to clients + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of protection plans

Qualifications

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to build trust and rapport with clients over virtual platforms + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to adapt communication style to meet client needs and preferences

  • Call experience is a plus, but not required

+ Ability to learn and adapt to new products, services, and industry developments + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Organized and able to manage schedules and client records effectively

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

  • Previous experience in client services or a consultative role is a plus

+ Ability to apply knowledge and experience to provide exceptional client service + Strong understanding of client needs and preferences + Ability to develop and implement effective solutions to meet client goals

  • High school diploma or GED is required

+ Ability to learn and adapt to new products, services, and industry developments + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A license to sell insurance is a plus, but not required
