Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing CRM strategies: Create and implement comprehensive CRM strategies for US Local Markets consumer experiments and campaigns, including determining channels and send cadence.
  • Managing campaign development and execution: Oversee the end-to-end development and execution of email, push, and in-app campaigns, from creative briefs to campaign launch.
  • Data analysis and reporting: Pull lists from Snowflake using SQL and upload audiences to marketing platforms, track initiatives, and report progress to the team. Identify next steps from campaign learnings and understand campaign performance against current benchmarks.
  • Optimizing engagement metrics: Conduct A/B testing and apply CRM team insights to optimize engagement metrics, and investigate performance inconsistencies to ensure campaigns have optimal scale and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, including Strategy & Operations, Merchant account relationship managers, Analytics, and Product teams.
  • Staying current on industry best practices: Stay up-to-date on marketing best practices in email and push notifications, CRM operations, and best practices within Cx Retention teams, sharing learnings and insights regularly.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, with a strong understanding of CRM principles and marketing best practices.
  • Proven experience in CRM strategy and campaign execution: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM strategy and campaign execution, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SQL and marketing platforms: Proficiency in SQL and marketing platforms, including Snowflake and marketing automation tools.
  • Certifications in CRM or marketing: Certifications in CRM or marketing, such as HubSpot or Marketo, are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Master's degree in Marketing or related field: A Master's degree in Marketing or a related field can be beneficial in this role.
