Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school degree or above, with relevant work experience in customer service or a related field

  • Familiarity with blithequark's platform operations and policies, as well as e-commerce customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively handle customer issues and concerns
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite

  • Knowledge of Amazon platform operations and policies, with experience working in a similar e-commerce environment
