Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for advertising and selling our secondhand shipping containers using our cutting-edge software. Your primary goal will be to engage with customers via chat, build rapport, and encourage them to place an order. You'll have the autonomy to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our system, making you an integral part of our sales team. Here are some key responsibilities you'll undertake:

  • Advertise and sell secondhand shipping containers using our software
  • Engage with customers via chat, building relationships and encouraging them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our system
  • Collaborate with sales managers to follow up with customers via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your goals
