Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat, phone, and email
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and satisfactory manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Providing product information, features, and benefits to customers, empowering them to make informed decisions
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges as needed, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Documenting customer interactions using our CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics and goals, driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer service

Requirements

To succeed as a Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat environment; experience in the energy industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (if required), with a commitment to meeting customer service metrics and goals
